Yes.  Online learning is a popular and convenient option, especially for working adults. Online learning allows the student to study anytime, anywhere and at any pace of their convenience.

Unlike Face to Face learning modality, online education tends to be more affordable

Applicants for admission must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of completion of a bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution, as verified by official documentation. Applicants must provide an official government ID to prove their residency and identity. International students may also be required to provide proof of English language proficiency and/or an evaluation of an official transcript.

Students who have completed their (undergraduate) bachelor’s degree and are required to have English proficiency at an adequate level (i.e. 7.1 TOEFL or 6.5 IELTS for master’s programs).   However, English proficiency is exempted for students who have earned a degree at an appropriately accredited institution and can provide proper documentation where English is the principal language of instruction.

No. The English language requirement cannot be waived as it is an important component of the MBA program and ensures that students have the necessary language skills to succeed in their studies and future careers.

There is no GMAT Requirement needed to enroll in Robert Cavelier University’s MBA program.

Credits earned at other institutions may or may not be accepted by Robert Cavelier University. Credits earned will be evaluated based on the university’s guidelines and are subject to approval.

Yes, Robert Cavelier University is currently conditionally licensed by the Board of Regents of the State of Louisiana.

Robert Cavelier University’s faculty members are subject matter experts in their respective disciplines and have extensive industry experience

It is recommended that students dedicate 12 to 15 hours of their time every week to their coursework. This time is typically spent completing reading, review course materials, participate in discussion boards, completing assignments, and generally studying. The number of study hours is only a guide as it will vary based on the student’s ability to grasp the course content and the student’s exposure in the past to the concepts taught in the course.

No. A student can pursue an MBA degree without a business-related degree.  Robert Cavelier University accepts students from varied disciplines.

The admission requirements for the Online MBA program and the Full-time MBA program are the same. The program structure and the assessments are identical. The difference only arises in the delivery modality, with face-to-face interaction in Full-time MBA and the courses delivered online in an Online MBA.

Desktop, laptop, tablet mobile phone, camera, and a stable internet connection will be sufficient.

Robert Cavelier University has its learning management system (LMS) where all courses will be available.  LMS access will be given to students upon enrollment.  Before the commencement of each course, an orientation will be provided to all students on the optimal use and navigation of the LMS.

Duration of each course is 8 weeks.

No.  “Online” is the delivery modality used for Robert Cavelier University’s MBA program and it will not be stated in the MBA award and transcript.

Registration/Application Process & Financial Considerations

Upon submission of the application, student will receive a confirmation email that the application has been received. The application will be reviewed by the Admissions Team and the student will be notified of their application status.

An Acceptance Letter will be sent to student who have met the admission requirements.

Upon acceptance of the offer, the student will receive an invoice from Finance Department. The student may pay their tuition in full or in installment payments. The student will be enrolled in the program once the payment has been made.

Rejection Letter will be sent to student who did not meet the admission criteria.

The MBA Tuition fee is $ 5400 ($ 540 per course). At present, RCU offers a 70% discount; hence, the current FEE is $ 1620

No. All other fees have been waived.

Students may opt to pay their tuition in Full or in Installment Payments.

Students can pay their fees in five (5) Installments. The installment is payable on the 1st month, 3rd month, 5th month, 7th month, 9th month of the program.

 

No. Robert Cavelier University is not a Private Education Lender and does not provide financial assistance.

The tuition fee refund calculation is provided as per the table below. Tuition fees for courses that have not commenced will be refunded in full. However, there is no tuition fee refund for courses that have been completed.

Any refund due to a student will be paid in full within 30 days. The refund process is initiated by the student completing the Withdrawal Request form.
